Return & Exchange Policy
Timeframe: No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted after 5 days from the delivery date.
Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
Approval: Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
Special Orders
Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All special orders require a deposit at the time of purchase.
Please review your order details carefully before confirming, as changes may not be possible once production begins.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are sold “As Is”.
No warranty, no returns, and no exchanges apply to clearance purchases.
Customers are encouraged to inspect clearance items thoroughly before purchase.
Warranty Information
Manufacturer warranties apply where available.
Warranty claims will follow the terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer.
We are happy to assist with warranty claim submissions, but approval is at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to fees or may not be possible if the item has entered processing or production.
Delivery & Pickup Policy
Please ensure the delivery area is prepared and accessible on the scheduled date.
Any rescheduling must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
Pickup orders should be collected within 7 days of notification; unclaimed orders may incur storage fees.
